Join us for a cozy, wine-sipping plant care class where we play matchmaker between you and a houseplant that truly gets you. During this relaxed, beginner-friendly class, you’ll learn the basics of houseplant care while enjoying wine and light appetizers. Along the way, we’ll help you discover which plant best suits your lifestyle, light situation, and commitment level (no judgment).
At the end of the evening, you’ll be introduced to your perfect plant partner and take it home, ready to start a beautiful relationship. Low maintenance? A little dramatic? Thrives on neglect? We promise, it’s a match made in plant heaven.

Why do we have multiple pricing options?
Community workshops are for you, our community! We offer a limited number of tickets for most workshops at a reduced rate. Please choose the price that best honors where you’re at. If you are able to pay at the suggested level or higher, it helps keep our workshops on a sliding scale for those who can contribute at a different scale.
Policies:
No refunds are available for workshop registration.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend. To do this, please email info@rootedchicago.com with the subject line “Ticket Transfer: [Name of Workshop]” using the same email address that was provided at registration. Include the full name & email address of the person who you would like to transfer your ticket to. We’ll take it from there!
If you provide 7 days' notice and we are able to fill your spot, we may be able to issue a credit toward a future workshop.
In the event a class is cancelled or rescheduled due to inclement weather, increases in local Covid cases, changes to local Covid guidance, positive Covid cases on our staff, or other Act of God, you will receive a credit to take another class at a later date (in-person or virtual).
