Beginner crochet workshop

Learn to crochet at Rooted Living with artist Celia Rose. This workshop will include instruction in basic crochet stitches and introduction to pattern reading. We will begin working on a project of reusable cotton pads and washcloths for you to continue at home. Leave with the knowledge to follow beginner patterns and continue to learn crochet skills beyond this workshop. Yarn and crochet hooks will be provided for you to take home. 

No experience required, all skill levels are welcome. 

Celia is a fashion designer based in Chicago with over 15 years experience in fiber arts. Her work can be found on Instagram @cealsrose as well as links to crochet resources.

Community workshops are for you, our community! We offer a limited number of tickets for most workshops at a reduced rate. Please choose the price that best honors where you’re at. If you are able to pay at the suggested level or higher, it helps keep our workshops on a sliding scale for those who can contribute at a different scale.
