Aglaonema 'Sparkling Sarah', Chinese Evergreen || 6" pot
A definite stunner, Aglaonema has their place in the classic houseplant category for a reason. Variegated leaves splashed with verdant green and pale pink make ‘Sparkling Sarah’ a beautiful addition to your home or office space.
These guys are very forgiving so long as one rule of (green) thumb is followed: the amount of light needed is generally determined by the color of the leaves. Darker variegation does well in low light, but Aglaonema with lighter leaves tend to prefer medium-bright light if it’s available. Either way, they are very tolerant of lower light conditions and need to be guarded from direct sun exposure to stay healthy. Frequent misting and warm conditions are appreciated, and the watering needs are low in the winter. They can withstand droughts—they’re forgiving, after all—but just be sure to not let the soil get too dry.
